  • Yes, we have a dedicated team onsite to support you with the coordination and execution of your wedding, making your destination wedding experience as seamless as possible. With access to our curated supplier list, you’ll have everything you need at hand. If you have specific aesthetic visions for your day, we recommend hiring a stylist to bring those details to life.

  • All events must finish by 11:30pm Monday to Saturday, and 10:00pm on Sundays at the latest. No alcohol shall be served following this time. Any guests not staying in the Yangaro Villas must leave the venue by this time,

  • Feel free to let the music play until the end of your event! Just remember, our only request is to wrap up the entertainment by the designated finish time. We want to ensure everyone enjoys their time at Yangaro without any disruptions.

  • Our on-site luxurious Villa Accommodation for up to 68 guests. Please liaise with our team for further local recommendations for events above 68 guests.

  • While there are minimum accommodation requirements based on the wedding package you choose, having all your guests stay onsite is truly a wonderful experience. Our luxurious villas provide a comfortable and convenient stay, allowing everyone to enjoy the celebration to the fullest. For more details, feel free to reach out to our friendly team.

  • Couples accommodation is available for check in from 12:00pm and a leisurely check out by 12:00pm. All other accommodation welcomes check-ins starting at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is set at 10:00 am. We are open to accommodating individual preferences for check-in and check-out times, taking into consideration both personal requirements and overall availability. Feel free to discuss your specific needs with our friendly team during the booking process, and we'll do our utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

  • Should weather not permit an outdoor ceremony on your big day, you can choose to transition the ceremony into the comfort of our Yangaro Function Studio for an indoor-outdoor tropical oasis setting.

  • Feel free to express your creativity when it comes to styling your wedding at Yangaro, as we have minimal restrictions. However, we kindly request that all decorations and setups are environmentally conscious and respectful of Yangaro's property. You are welcome to use flower petals however, confetti is not allowed.

    After your event, our dedicated equipment hire team will take care of packing down your setup. We kindly ask that any additional cleanup, including the disposal of rubbish, is handled responsibly. Your cooperation in maintaining the beauty of our surroundings is greatly appreciated.

  • Parking is available onsite for guests staying in the villas, alternatively external guest parking is located nearby the Yangaro ceremonial garden.

  • We do not host more than one event at a time, ensuring that your wedding is our main focus. However, full exclusivity in our villa accommodation can only be guaranteed if all villas are booked by your party. Rest assured, the ceremonial gardens will be exclusively reserved for your use at the requested time. Many of our guests opt to reserve the entire property, enhancing the likelihood that your event will be the sole focus of the day. Feel free to reach out to our team for more details!

  • We do require a refundable damage bond (charges subject to your chosen package), which is included in your final invoice. After your event and check-out, this bond is refunded to you following a post-site inspection.

    We are otherwise committed to providing a transparent pricing structure, with no undisclosed fees. Our comprehensive packages are thoughtfully curated to include all the essentials for a wedding that exceeds your expectations. Furthermore, we offer the flexibility to incorporate additional enhancements and tailor your wedding to your specific desires. Please keep in mind that our packages are based on the current onsite offerings.

  • Payment schedule:

    20% initial deposit

    30% 90 days prior

    50% 30 days prior

  • In the event that you cancel your wedding, you must provide written confirmation of such.

    You will be liable for the following cancellation fees:

    a)free cancellation until 90 days before check-in; or

    b) if you cancel between 8 days up to 89 days before check-in, we will transfer your Initial Fee Deposit to another date within a 1 year timeframe of your check-in (subject to availability) –however only one cancellation ‘transfer of date’ is permitted per booking; or

    c) if you cancel less than 8 days before your check-in, you will forfeit your Initial Fee Deposit.

  • Of course! You are more than welcome to organise a rehearsal or pre-wedding gathering at Yangaro. We encourage you to turn it into a weekend-long celebration, allowing you to cherish quality time with your cherished guests.

  • We have meticulously chosen top-tier caterers from the region to guarantee an exceptional culinary journey. Select from our esteemed catering partners, who are eager to tailor menu packages to elevate your special day. Alternatively please contact our team to discuss any alternative catering options you wish to explore including in-house catering during your stay.

  • You can BYO or create a customized beverage list with Yangaro’s exclusive offerings in partnership with Mills + Franks. Choose from our curated wine list at bottle shop pricing or arrange a consultation to craft a bespoke selection of wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. We can also stock your villas for the weekend, and certified RSA bar staff can be coordinated with your caterer to ensure professional service throughout your event.

  • At Yangaro, we prioritise the comfort and well-being of all our guests, which is why we maintain a smoke-free environment throughout the property. While smoking is not permitted on-site, we offer serene spaces and amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone.

  • While we would absolutely love to meet your furry friend, we do have some restrictions in place. Pets are welcome to join for photos, but they must be kept on a leash during the wedding event and cannot stay overnight on the property. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.
